The concrete floor has been coated in a specially designed resin compound that is non-slip and long-lasting, so will not need repainting or replacement. All production areas have concrete plinths at the base of the wall as well as fibreglass coving (Sure-Cove), for ease of cleaning, and complies with Australian Export Control Processed Food Orders. Included is a purpose-built refrigerated coolroom trailer (6’ x 4’), marquees, signage and associated equipment required for attending Farmer’s Markets.
