The cheese factory is an A-grade, state of the art cheese making facility. It is HACCP approved, well-equipped and owner operated. The facility is fitted out with specialised cheesemaking equipment including coolrooms, a 300L batch pasteuriser, stainless steel drying racks, hoops, fridges, sinks, and stainless steel draining and packing tables throughout. It has temperature controlled rooms including a large make room, packing room, pasteuriser room, drying and maturing rooms. The concrete floor has been coated in a specially designed resin compound that is non-slip and long-lasting, so will not need repainting or replacement. All production areas have concrete plinths at the base of the wall as well as fibreglass coving (Sure-Cove), for ease of cleaning, and complies with Australian Export Control Processed Food Orders. Included is a purpose-built refrigerated coolroom trailer (6’ x 4’), marquees, signage and associated equipment required for attending Farmer’s Markets.
